Arriving at the Niedermairhof B&B It’s our wish to always personally receive and welcome our guests. As our reception is not always open, we would ask that one or two days before your arrival you let us know the indicative time you plan to be here.
Indicative time of arrival: Monday - Saturday from 2.00 pm Sunday from 2.00 pm or with self check-in
Bicycle hire Bicycles are available if you wish to visit the city or the nearby towns. Just ask. Obviously their number is limited, so please understand if sometimes we might have none left.
Books for book lovers Books and magazine are available in our roof lounge. You can also find a place to relax. Don’t forget that the attic veranda is perfect if you want some time to yourself. Our armchairs are really comfortable.
The pleasure of a morning breakfast Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 am. During summer time, if you wish to leave for the mountains very early let us know the day before, possibly in the morning.
Complaints We do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. However, sometimes due to the amount of work we may fail to meet each and every demand. If so, please let us know straight away.
Credit cards The most popular cards here are Visa and Mastercard.
Departure and return home Departure information should normally be at the end of the list; but it does not have to be so. However, if you want you can still read it last. On the day of departure, kindly vacate the suite by 11.00 am and leave the key, the chip card and any other cards at reception. If you wish to spend a few more hours with us, we will be happy to keep your luggage safe for you.
A little drink Selected South Tyrol wines and beers, mineral water and precious distilled drinks can be found in our large old cabinet dating from the 1700 at the entrance. Please open it with the same care as when you will then taste its contents. If you take anything, please write your name or the room name in our “Customer bar in good faith” list.
Event ticket service We can easily help you find interesting events and book tickets. Ask for information during breakfast and at the reception. We will be happy to help.
Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station We set up our own charging point. You can now charge your EV using our charging station (Level 2).
Enjoying the heavenly gardens The garden at the front of the main entrance is at the disposal of all guests. Choose a spot for yourself or have a stroll to the lake, and have a little break. There is no shortage of beautiful places.
Included services
Key to happiness Upon arrival you will receive a room key and a chip card for access to the facilities of the establishment (entrance door, lift, ski and bicycle storage, entrance gate). These must be returned to reception when checking out.
Laundry service A great laundrette is available nearby. Contact reception should you require a laundry service.
A lawn for you to enjoy during warm days Under the old big trees you can enjoy a good book or magazine, a cold drink or an interesting conversation. We have available enough garden lounges and armchairs for everyone. Should you not find any garden lounges in the garden, please just ask.
Lifts Our lifts might not be the fastest, but they will certainly take you up and down. Be patient and keep pressing the button until you reach your floor.
Prices The prices given prices are valid per person and night.
Sandwich service for happy times on the mountain top May be you wish to climb the mountain early in the morning and would like take some sandwiches with you. Let us know the day before and we will put together something good for you.
Smoking In Italy smoking inside public buildings is forbidden. Therefore, smoking is also forbidden inside the Niedermairhof B&B. Ashtrays may be found on the balconies and staircases.
Ski and bicycle storage facilities The ski and bicycle storage facilities include a ski boot warmer and ski and bicycle holders. For your safety, an electronic chip card is required for access to them.
Suite
Television Most of the TVs in our suites are well hidden. They have been specifically placed so that they cannot be watched when in bed, but only from the daytime living area. Just a little touch so that you can come away from the TV, at least for a short while. If you wish to watch a film, or a match, or simply listen to the radio, just use the remote control. We hope that you will find it easy to use.
WiFi Upon arrival, you should have received the details for Wi-Fi access. If not, please do not hesitate to ask.
